As a National Network we work with policyholders, insurance companies and loss adjusters to reinstate a property as quickly as possible on behalf of domestic and commercial customers.

Our local managers represent the interests of the policyholder and provide an end-to-end project management service to return residential and commercial properties back to their pre-loss condition following our tried and tested processes and systems.

Since entering the loss assessing and property repair market in 2001 Concept have continually revised and improved processes and systems to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of technology but for the right reasons – to make life for our customers as simple and straightforward as possible.  

We have developed our current system as part of an organic evolution based on the feedback and experiences of our customers and employees coupled with changes in the insurance market.

Our system allows the complete cradle to grave management of both a property insurance claim and private renovation job from first notification through to settlement.

Received via email or phone call to our Contact Centre.

Your local manager will visit the property to assess the damage and be your one point of contact throughout.

03.

The local manager will fully explain the service and if you are happy to go ahead, you will sign a Letter of Authority.

04.

A detailed report and schedule of works will be created to show a full breakdown of the damage.

05.

Local manager submits report and schedule of works to your  insurer and their loss adjuster.

06.

Your local manager will negotiates the scope of works and settlement value with the  insurer or loss adjuster.

07.

Local manager receives authority from insurer/loss adjuster to proceed.

08.

Quality vetted contractors undertake the  repair/reinstatement works.

09.

When the repairs are completed your local manager will ask you to sign a satisfaction note.
